a recap

Here's to another go at this bloggy thing!  H has kicked me in the pants again (ever so sweetly), reminding me what a special place this can be to record these short years and memories with our littles.  Where do I begin though?  I left off with our trip to Uganda last July, meeting our little guys there... and nine months have gone by already.  It's neat to look back on how we were not sure how to respond to all that we experienced there and yet, now, we are responding, getting involved, and seeing how God is using us and using that time to change us.

This has been a tremendous year.  A crazy year really.  Africa, homeschooling, our 10 year anniversary, my dad's illness and death, Thanksgiving, Christmas, my baby turning 6!!! What could God have next?  Sometimes in the middle of it, I feel like I won't survive, but looking back is when I have perspective and I see God at work. I see His Hand holding mine, keeping me from falling headlong.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so here we go... a recap.
